Sabato 21 gennaio 2017 alle ore 16,30 presso il Palacongressi di Letojanni sito in piazza Cagli avrà luogo la festa delle 64 associazioni di volontariato sociale, culturali e di promozione del territorio aderenti al portale Assojonica e denominata “ASSOJONICA DAY – Insieme si può”.
E’ questo il primo evento pubblico previsto, scaturito dalla prima fase di conoscenza e collaborazione tra le associazioni del comprensorio jonico della provincia di Messina.
Il portale ASSOJONICA http://www.assojonica.it è un sito web finalizzato inizialmente al censimento delle associazioni del comprensorio jonico e nasce da un'idea proposta del Lions Club Santa Teresa di Riva immaginata dall'arch. Andrea Donsì ed avallata originariamente da altre associazioni che hanno condiviso l’idea della creazione di uno strumento capace di favorire dei processi di conoscenza, collaborazione e condivisione tra gli organismi associativi operanti sul territorio.
In una fase successiva è stata discussa la possibilità di creare un portale strutturato per contenere una pagina web informativa per ogni associazione aderente, un database dinamico sulle associazioni ed una bacheca informatica per inserire un calendario unico degli eventi con la programmazione generale di tutte le associazioni presenti sul territorio allo scopo di ottenere un quadro sinottico complessivo ed unitario delle attività in itinere.
Il portale è aperto a tutte le associazioni operanti nel comprensorio jonico ed è stato presentato ufficialmente il 25 giugno 2016 presso il Centro Diurno di Furci Siculo. Questo strumento vuole costituire inoltre una occasione di conoscenza, di confronto e di approfondimento tematico per consentire una crescita e miglioramento delle associazioni e delle attività svolte creando al contempo una dialettica più efficace con le istituzioni e con la cittadinanza.
Il link del portale è già stato inserito nei siti istituzionali di diversi comuni perché ritenuto strumento di informazione utile per la cittadinanza.
Nel corso della manifestazione saranno allestiti dei punti informativi per ognuna delle associazioni aderenti ed i presidenti di tutti gli organismi associativi illustreranno brevemente le finalità e le iniziative attuate dall’associazione di appartenenza.
La serata sarà allietata da contributi di intrattenimento curati dalle associazioni aderenti.
A conclusione della manifestazione alle associazioni presenti saranno consegnati degli attestati di partecipazione e delle magliette realizzate in collaborazione con il Centro Servizi per il volontariato di Messina che ha aderito all'iniziativa.
Vi invitiamo pertanto a condividere insieme a noi questo particolare momento di esaltazione dello spirito che anima il volontariato ed auspichiamo la Vostra gradita partecipazione.
